Currently advancing through the zoning approval process, Sandpit Industrial will deliver a modern, functional product to a market characterized by high industrial demand and constrained new supply. The project is being developed in coordination with the adjacent Sandpit Residential component, reflecting HAWK Development's integrated approach to large-scale, mixed-use land development.
