The existing 30,000 SF industrial building has experienced such sustained and extensive tenant demand that this addition has become a necessity — a strong validation of the asset's location and the quality of the product delivered.

The addition is designed to complement the architectural character of the existing building while introducing a contemporary facade treatment — featuring a cornered curtain wall system picture-framed with ACM panel.
