Sandpit Residential is a proposed 250-unit residential development located at 2233 Stanley Avenue in Niagara Falls, forming the residential component of HAWK Development's larger Sandpit lands vision. The project brings meaningful housing density to a well-connected corridor with direct access to employment, transit, and the full range of amenities along the Stanley Avenue corridor.

Currently at the zoning approval stage, Sandpit Residential is being advanced in coordination with the adjacent Sandpit Industrial project, reflecting a thoughtful, integrated approach to large-scale mixed-use development. When realized, the project will represent one of the more significant new residential contributions to Niagara Falls' housing supply in recent years.
